冬天使用发电机的4个错误操作

冬季天气比较冷，发电机会比较难启动，平时要注意发电机避寒，使用前先预热。在使用过程中，千万不要犯这4个错误！

Generator is more difficult to start in cold winter,please pay attention to the generator to avoid the cold, warm up before working.When using, do not make below 4 mistakes.

1. 用明火加热油箱。用明火加热油箱，不仅会破坏机体表面的油漆，而且容易烧坏塑料油管，造成漏油，甚至会造成油箱爆炸，危害安全。

Heat the fuel tank. Heating the fuel tank with an open flame will not only damage the paint on the surface of the machine body, but also easily burn out the plastic tubing, causing oil leakage, and even causing the fuel tank to explode, endangering safety

2. 用明火烘烤油底壳。既影响发动机的寿命，又容易使机油变质，降低润滑效果。

Bake the oil pan with an open flame. It not only affects the life of the engine, but also easily deteriorates the engine oil and reduces the lubrication effect.

3. 从进气管中加添机油。这样会使活塞和活塞环积炭，减少使用寿命。

Add engine oil from the intake pipe. This will cause the piston and piston ring to deposit carbon and reduce the service life.

4. 不预热而用其它动力强行启动。柴油发电机组不经预热，而用其它动力强行启动，会使曲轴与轴瓦间处于干摩擦或半干摩擦状态，很容易导致曲轴抱瓦。

Use other power to force start without preheating. If the diesel generator is started forcibly with other power without preheating, the crankshaft and the bearing bush will be in a state of dry friction or semi-dry friction, which can easily cause the crankshaft to hold the bush.
